Complete mold solutions for every situation
From first inspection to lab-verified clearance, every service follows the same rigorous, science-backed standard.

Mold Inspection
Every inspection is performed by a NORMI Certified IAQ/Mold Inspector. We combine a careful visual inspection with relative humidity readings and moisture mapping, because mold can start to grow once indoor relative humidity reaches about 60%. We check bathrooms, kitchens, crawlspaces, attics, HVAC systems and anywhere moisture can collect, then give you clear findings and an honest recommendation, even if no mold is found. We inspect homes, commercial buildings, school classrooms, hospitals and medical facilities, and university dorm rooms.
What's Included
- • Visual inspection of interior and exterior
- • Relative humidity readings room by room
- • Moisture mapping and thermal imaging
- • Crawlspace and attic evaluation
- • HVAC and duct inspection
- • Written findings with photos
- • Honest recommendations, no upselling
Signs You Need It
- • Musty or earthy odor
- • Visible discoloration on walls or ceilings
- • Recent water leak or flood
- • Allergy symptoms that worsen indoors
- • Indoor humidity at or above 60%
- • Condensation on windows or pipes

Air Quality Testing
Air quality testing captures airborne mold spores from the areas you're concerned about and compares them to an outdoor baseline sample. As long as the samples reach the lab by 12 noon, the lab report comes back that same afternoon, usually by 3 to 4 PM, so you're not waiting days for answers. The report lists spore types and concentrations, and we walk you through what the results mean and what, if anything, to do next.
What's Included
- • Same-day lab report when samples reach the lab by noon
- • Air sampling by a NORMI Qualified Sampling Technician
- • Outdoor baseline comparison sample
- • Laboratory spore analysis
- • Concentration levels by spore type
- • Clear, plain-language interpretation
- • Written recommendations
Signs You Need It
- • Family members with unexplained allergies
- • Recent water damage with no visible mold
- • Musty odor without visible growth
- • Buying or selling a home on a tight timeline
- • Post-flood air quality confirmation
- • Concerns for infants or elderly residents

Mold Remediation
Our remediation follows industry-standard practices. We set up containment barriers with negative air pressure to prevent cross-contamination, run HEPA air filtration throughout the work area, remove and dispose of affected materials, and apply professional antimicrobial surface treatment and encapsulants to remaining structural surfaces. Every project includes moisture correction to address the root cause and air quality verification to confirm the work was successful.
What's Included
- • Containment barriers with negative air pressure
- • HEPA air filtration throughout work area
- • Removal and disposal of affected materials
- • Professional antimicrobial surface treatment
- • Encapsulant applied to treated surfaces
- • Moisture correction to address root cause
- • Final HEPA vacuum and surface cleaning
Signs You Need It
- • Visible mold growth covering more than 10 sq ft
- • Mold returning after previous cleaning
- • Water damage with prolonged dampness
- • Soft or crumbling drywall or wood
- • Strong musty odor throughout the home
- • Family health concerns linked to indoor air

Formaldehyde Testing
Formaldehyde is a volatile organic compound (VOC) released by pressed-wood products, cabinets, flooring, new furniture and some building materials. It can irritate eyes, nose and throat, and levels are often highest in newly built or renovated spaces. Larry Harris is NORMI certified in formaldehyde testing. We test the rooms you're concerned about, explain how your readings compare to acceptable levels, and recommend practical steps if they're high.
What's Included
- • Testing by a NORMI Certified Formaldehyde Screener
- • Readings in the rooms you're concerned about
- • Comparison to acceptable indoor levels
- • Likely sources identified
- • Plain-language explanation of results
- • Practical recommendations to lower levels
Signs You Need It
- • Recently built or renovated home or office
- • New cabinets, flooring or pressed-wood furniture
- • Sharp chemical or 'new' smell indoors
- • Eye, nose or throat irritation that eases outdoors
- • Mobile or manufactured home
- • Classrooms or offices with new furnishings

Moisture & Humidity Assessment
Mold cannot grow without moisture, and indoor relative humidity of 60% is enough to let it start. We take relative humidity readings room by room and look for the moisture sources behind them, such as plumbing leaks, condensation, groundwater or poor ventilation. You get clear findings on where the moisture is coming from and what needs to be corrected to keep your building below the level where mold can take hold.
What's Included
- • Relative humidity readings room by room
- • Moisture source assessment
- • Condensation point identification
- • Visual check for water intrusion and leaks
- • Ventilation observations
- • Clear findings on what to correct
- • Target humidity below 60%
Signs You Need It
- • Indoor humidity above 60%
- • Condensation on windows, pipes, or walls
- • Mold that returns after remediation
- • Damp or clammy feeling indoors
- • Water stains on ceilings or walls
- • Buckling wood floors or trim

Post-Remediation Verification
After remediation is complete, post-remediation verification provides documented, lab-verified proof that the work was successful. We perform a visual inspection, collect air and surface samples, and send them to an accredited laboratory. The results are compared against your pre-remediation baseline and the outdoor control sample. You receive a clearance report confirming that spore levels have returned to normal — your healthy home, verified.
What's Included
- • Visual clearance inspection
- • Post-remediation air sampling
- • Surface sampling where needed
- • Accredited laboratory analysis
- • Comparison to pre-remediation baseline
- • Formal clearance documentation
- • Written sign-off report
Signs You Need It
- • Remediation recently completed
- • Need documented clearance for insurance
- • Selling a home after remediation
- • Health concerns persist after cleanup
- • Property manager requiring verification
- • Wanting lab-verified peace of mind
